Some changes / MSN / The Apologist

Well... I "walk" into blogger today and it had changed a lot... So I made some changes also... Sorry about the comments that existed (not much), but I changed to the blogger comment engine. Also, as you've noticed if you been here before, the visual aspect changed... Personally I think it's nicer, altogether changing the colour would be a nice touch. Any suggestions for a colour scheme Mia?

Now I would go into a rant about how awful is MSN Messenger (or any IM system for that matter) for discussions or little jokes.... And if you knew/know me, the little jokes are a big problem, I'm constantly trying them, with mixed results. However the facial expression, the vocal intonation, are things that can't be reproduced in a MSN chat... You can try to emulate them with a good use of smilies, but I've never been a good smiley user. What am I saying with all this? I get a lot of misunderstanding thanks to little jokes that the other person doesn't get.

There's another associated problem... How do you explain a joke to someone who didn't get it? Considering some of those jokes are sex-related, or personality remarks, it doesn't make it any easy. Saying your sorry isn't really an option. You don't regret what you've said... If you could only explain it...

Of course, you can also admit you overreacted and you shouldn't have gone that way....
